Counselling fees
My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session.
As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), my services may be covered by your extended health benefits. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage for counselling with an RCC.
I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces based on income. If cost is a barrier, please get in touch to ask about availability.
Insurance

Before booking, it can help to ask:
Does my plan cover a Registered Clinical Counsellor?, What is my annual counselling allowance?, Is there a limit on the amount covered per session?, Do I need a referral or any other documentation?
Coverage depends on your individual plan.
Cancellations
Changing or cancelling an appointment
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I understand that emergencies happen and may make exceptions in those circumstances.
